- 1/3 cup of pine nuts
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
- Two finely chopped onions
- One pound of ground beef
- Two teaspoons of seven spice
- ¼ teaspoon of chili pepper flakes
- One teaspoon of salt
- Ten ounces of frozen spinach
- Four finely diced cloves of garlic
- Three cups of chicken stock
- Lemon topping
- One finely dices shallot
- One lemon (juiced)
- One teaspoon of lemon rind
- ½ teaspoon of Aleppo pepper
- Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large saucepan
- Put the pine nuts into the saucepan and cook on a medium heat
- Cook until the pine nuts are golden brown
