How to make Kafta and Potato Stew

Instructions
- Start the process by peeling, washing, and slicing the potatoes
- Next, peel and slice the onions and tomatoes
- Set aside these ingredients for the stew later
- Add one small-cubed onion to the food processor
- The purpose is to make the patties
- Pulse the onion for a few minutes
- Add the parsley and pulse again
- Add chopped onions and parsley to the bowl
- Add ground beef, pepper, and salt
- Now, mix these ingredients well
- Create the patties in oval shapes or anything you prefer
- Set on the sheet pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil to a large skillet
