How to make Sesame Tahini Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of tahini paste
- 1-2 cups of all-purpose flour
- You can also use 1-2 cups of almond flour
- 1/3 cup of honey
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of teaspoon salt
- Half cup of sesame seeds
- You can use white or black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Use the parchment paper to line the baking sheet
- Mix other ingredients (without sesame seeds) in a large bowl
- The purpose is to create a smooth dough
- Use a cookie scoop for the dough
- Create 8-19 balls, and roll each one in the sesame seed mixture
