How to make Lebanese Spinach Stew

Ingredients
- 5 pounds of spinach
- A half pound of ground beef
- One medium onion
- Five garlic cloves
- One tablespoon of olive oil
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- One teaspoon of salt
- A half teaspoon of ground black pepper
- A half teaspoon of ground allspice
- ¼ cup of pine nuts
Instructions
- Start the process by preparing the pine nuts
- Heat three tablespoons of olive in a small saucepan
- Make sure the temperature is medium-low
- Add pine nuts to the saucepan
- Cook for at least 5-6 minutes
- Ensure the nuts are golden brown
- Mix the nuts to avoid burning
- Set aside the cooked nuts
- Heat olive oil in a deep pot
- Set the heat to medium
- Add diced onion, garlic, and salt to the pot
- Cook for ten minutes to wilt the ingredients
- Add the ground beef and spices
- Mix these ingredients with cooked onion
- Add spinach and mix well with the beef mixture
- Mix the ingredients for at least three minutes
- Adult the salt and transfer to the serving plate
