How to make Sfouf (Turmeric Cake)

- Eight ounces of white granulated sugar
- Eight ounces of milk
- Four ounces of vegetable oil
- Eight ounces of fine semolina
- Four ounces of all-purpose flour

- Five grams or one teaspoon of baking powder
- Two grams of ground cardamom or aniseed
- ¼ teaspoon of slat
- Two tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Two tablespoons of tahini
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
