How to make Mediterranean Ground Beef and Rice

Ingredients
- Ten pounds of lean ground beef
- A half cup of rice
- One onion
- Make sure it is chopped
- One garlic clove
- Make sure it is minced
- One tablespoon of olive oil
- One small tomato
- Make sure it is chopped
- One teaspoon of cumin
- One teaspoon of coriander
- One teaspoon of mint
- One teaspoon of paprika
- One cup of green beans
Instructions
- Chop vegetables and drain the rice with water
- Add the ground beef to a pan
- Crumble the ground beef in the pan
- Cook it for two or three minutes on a medium heat
- Now add some water to the pan and cover it with a lid
- Stir in the coriander, cumin, mint, and paprika
- Add a few drops of olive oil and stir in the chopped garlic and onion
- Stir in the rice and add one or two cups of water
- Now add a few pinches of salt
- Use the lid to cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes
- Stir in the tomato and green beans
- Continue until you cook the rice
- Once ready, you can serve the dish
